By accessing or using OutfitWise, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after a change means you accept the current version.

Educational Guidance, Not Personal Styling Advice

The Service exists to give general, educational guidance. The cost-per-wear, capsule-planning, size-conversion, outfit-combinations, body-shape, and colour-analysis tools apply straightforward formulas and widely published sizing and styling conventions to the numbers and answers you enter; their results are planning aids, not a personal fitting, a made-to-measure size, or a rule about what you should wear. OutfitWise is not a tailor, a professional stylist you have engaged, or a retailer. For anything that depends on an exact fit or a specific purchase, rely on the garment’s own size chart, a fitting, and your own eye rather than this Service.

What the Service Provides

OutfitWise offers, free of charge:

• A capsule wardrobe planner
• A clothing size converter across US, UK, EU, and international systems
• An outfit combinations calculator
• A body shape calculator, and a seasonal colour analysis tool
• Educational guides, a Learn section, and an illustrated Fashion & Style Museum

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Your Responsibilities

When you use the Service, you agree to:

• Use the tools in good faith for your own personal wardrobe planning
• Enter accurate figures, and check the price, units, measurements, and sizing system before relying on a result
• Take responsibility for the purchases and choices you make, and confirm fit against the seller’s size chart
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights

Assumption of Risk

Clothing purchases cost real money, and sizing varies from one label to the next. You use the information on this Service at your own risk and remain solely responsible for deciding whether a given size, piece, or plan is right for you. Always confirm a size against the specific brand’s chart and, where you can, try before you buy over anything here.

No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranties, express or implied, that calculations, size mappings, or styling notes are error-free or fit for your particular purpose, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutfitWise and its suppliers will not be liable for any damages — including the cost of a garment that did not fit or a purchase you regret — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Intellectual Property

The site’s original text, design, and calculator code are the property of OutfitWise and protected by copyright. Museum and Learn material sourced from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons remains under its original licenses. You may use the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy or repurpose the site’s materials for commercial use without permission.

Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Service may link to third-party sites and displays advertising through networks such as Google AdSense. We do not control or endorse third-party content, and using any linked site or advertised product is at your own risk.
